When we decided to plan our own wedding, we were immediately overwhelmed by the amount of decisions to be made and the amount of moving pieces that went into planning a wedding. Even when we felt like we had made some of the most important decisions about our big day, we were extremely nervous that either a) we would have to worry about executing our plans on our wedding day or b) many of the meticulously planned details would fall through as my wife and I had other things to focus on as we got ready to be wed. Eventually, we decided enough was enough and we decided to hire a day of coordinator to help turn our vision into a reality.

We sought out someone organized and detail-oriented. Someone who would alleviate our anxiety about our day so we would have the opportunity to truly enjoy the celebration of our relationship that we had put so much time and effort into planning. And we also wanted someone who understood our vision and would treat our wedding with as much care as theirs.

Thankfully, we met Samantha early on in our day of coordinator search. We instantly knew she was the right person for the job. In our first Zoom meeting, she was asking all the right questions. It was clear she did not let any details get by her. She also used her experience with similar weddings she had planned to advise us on specific aspects of the wedding. Even though she was just our day of wedding coordinator, she was a key thought partner in making many decisions about how the day would run. She made clear that she understood our vision and did anything she could to help make that vision a reality.

While we were unsure whether it would be worth it to hire a day of coordinator, looking back, it was the single best investment we made in our wedding. Without Samantha, I imagine our most special day would have turned into a stressful mess, with me worrying about the smallest of details while getting ready. Instead, I knew I had an organized, detail-oriented friend handling every meticulous detail to make sure my wife and I had the perfect day. If there were any problems, I didn’t know about them because Samantha handled everything. If I could go back and do it again, I would hire Samantha 100 times out of 100.

Samantha is amazing! We decided to have our wedding at out home, and Samantha made the whole process so smooth. We hired her to be a day-of coordinator, but she checked in with us periodically to help us stay on top of details for all the other vendors we chose, and gave us planning tools that helped us with so many things we would have forgotten on our own. On the day of the wedding, she was absolutely invaluable, walking us through the ceremony at our rehearsal, and then keeping everything on schedule including the musicians, bus driver, and caterers, and photographer. She is so down to earth, was honest with us when an idea we had was not going to work, but supportive and invested in making the whole wedding weekend absolutely perfect for us.

Hiring Samantha as our Day Of Coordinator was definitely one of the easiest decisions we could have made for our wedding day. After we hired her, she took the reins and filled in the gaps. She knew the questions to ask, who to talk to, and was extremely professional. We did not have to worry about anything on our special day because we knew we were in good hands. Samantha is efficient, proactive, and professional - hire her!

We used Baystate Tent for our September wedding. We were very pleased with the delivery and setup for our reception tent, tables and chairs. We also used Samantha as our Day of Coordinator. Sam was so wonderful from day 1. We had regular calls with her where she kept us on track with all of the planning. She did an amazing job coordinating everything with our vendors leading up to and on the wedding day. Any little issue that arose Sam was on top of and found a solution for. We couldn’t be happier having her help us on our wedding day!
